Cost

Standard booth is equipped with: three planes of Exhibition boards, one fascia bearing Chinese and English name of the exhibitor, one 220V/5A single-phase outlet, two spot lights, one reception desk, two chairs, one trash bin, as well as booth cleaning service. A free registration (US$700) to the IBS-2008 conference will be supplied for one standard booth.

          2, Screened color separated positive films with progressive proofs should be sent to the purveyor before August 30th, 2008.

1. Receiving application form by mail or email or downloading and printing from the website.
2. Filling out the Application Form according your will.
3. Fax, mail or email the Application Form, with an authorized signature or chop it with common seal, to the purveyor.
4. The purveyor will confirm the information by phone based on the principle of "FIRST COMES, FIRST SERVED".
5. After confirmation, booths booking information will be sent by fax or email within 10 working days.
6. After the booth is confirmed by both sides, the payment should be remit within 3 working days according to “FOR EXHIBITORS” below, and the receipt of remit should be faxed to the purveyor simultaneously
7. After receiving the payment, the purveyor will mail the Booth Booking Confirmation, invoice and email the exhibitor manual.
8. If the payment not be remit within the period mentioned by “FOR EXHIBITOS” below, the booked booth will be released.
9. Before exhibition, exhibitor should register with the original copy of Booth Booking Confirmation.

1. Exhibitors should complete the "Exhibition Application Form" in detail as required by the organizer with an authorized signature or chop it with common seal, and please send either by fax or mail or email to the organizer. Booth booking is arranged by the organizing committee collectively based on the principle of "FIRST COMES, FIRST SERVED" and booths will be arranged according to exhibitors' advices.

2. If registered before August 1st, 2008, please remit 50% of the exhibition fee to our account within 3 days after having signed the Application Form. (The balance should be paid by August 15th, 2008. Otherwise, your application will be considered as invalid). After August 1st, 2008, please remit the full cost to the organizer after filled out the Application Form. The deadline for the application is September 10th, 2008.

3. After fees are remitted, exhibitors should fax the bank remittance receipt to both Center for International Scientific Exchanges, CAS and Dalian Yabo Exhibition Co., Ltd. for verification. The organizing committee will verify qualifications of exhibitors and exhibits and has final right to interpret matters related with the fair.

4. Services:
(1)The organizing committee will compile IBS-2008 directories and all exhibitors could publish a corporate profile and products introduction within 200 English words and/or 200 Chinese characters free of charge.
(2)One lunch and 2 bottles of drinking water free of charge will be supplied each day for one standard booth by the organizer.
(3)Exhibitors can enjoy the special hotel discount and ticket-booking service which will be handled by the purveyor
