As a part of 13th International Biology Symposium, exhibitors will have the opportunity to attend various academic and social events. There will be a free registration for each standard booth supplied by LOC of IBS-2008. For more updated information please visit www.ibs2008.org

Download the visitor application form, complete it carefully and submit it to the organizing committee of exhibition by email or fax before October 8th, 2008. Visitors are allowed to get the visitor cards by handing in the application forms at the registration area during the period of the exposition.

Live registration: During the period of the exposition each visitor should fill the visitor application form out and attach 2 business cards. Our staff will help you register at the registration area.

Live registration time: 8:30-16:30

Visitors can inquire about information of exhibitors and booth numbers at the reception area. After the meeting, visitors can search website of IBS-2008 for more information. Also visitors can buy the show directory on the spot or pay for the directory by mail, the postage fee is not provided.

The Dalian World Expo Centre is located overlooking Asia's largest square, Xinghai Square, in one of Dalian's five "pioneering open business districts", the Xinghai Bay Financial Business District. The total construction area of the Centre is 141,000 square meters, with 80,000 square meters for the exhibition areas.

Hotel Reservation

Close date is Oct. 3rd, 2008. Pay money at reception desk of hotel. Due to the fact that the period of IBS-2008 is a peak season in Dalian, please reserve in advance. The direct reserving is invalid. The prices of hotels may fluctuate subject to actuality. If your check-in time needs to be changed for weather or other sudden occurrences, please inform the purveyor in time. Otherwise the hotel room you reserved will be cancelled.
